Weird gets a bad rap, but we all want to be it. Who goes into an interview with the thought of wanting to be like the other candidates interviewing?

Better yet, who seeks out service from a business that claims to be like every other business?  (You get my point.)

Weird can simply be defined as “different.”

Everyone claims to be different.  But are you comfortable with your weirdness?

Some may love it.  Others may hate it.  But at the end of the day, our state to claim to all will be obvious…
