MAKE A DIFFERENCE

MAKE A DIFFERENCE.001.jpeg

Have you ever questioned your purpose or how meaningful you are as a leader?

I have had the opportunity to talk with many leaders.  Many of these leaders share the same sentiments.  The late, great Frank Emerson, a mentor of mine, once shared with me that everyone is trying to figure out how to make a difference.  Days before his death, he shared some amazing leadership principles that have stuck with me and has changed my life.  Just as Frank and many others have made an impression my life, I want to do the same for those that I have the opportunity to lead.

Has anyone ever made a difference in your life?  If so, what was the difference?  What positive impact did they have on your life?

We all should be seeking to influence and impact others in a positive manner.  This can only happen if you understand what it means to make a difference.  So what does it mean to make a difference?

Making a difference is working every day to progress and spur on growth and development for yourself and others.  Making a difference is helping others build know-how skills to better their lives.  It is championing people to bring the best out of them.  Don’t be afraid to explore opportunities and strengthen others around you.  What can you do to make a difference?  Please leave a comment below or email me directly.
