Chaitra is the Creative Director, Marketing & Project Manager of MTN Universal. Her extensive knowledge of business operations, infrastructure, application of strategies, and service helps her to advance MTN Universal. Chaitra is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she received her B.S. in Business Administration-Marketing (Cum Laude) and later, her M.B.A.

While obtaining her master’s degree, Chaitra worked full-time for one of America’s largest international healthcare companies. She has over 20 years of experience working with this renowned healthcare company and has held positions of leadership in roles such as Implementation Manager, Performance Coach, Client Advocacy Project Manager, Technical & Training Specialist, Business Project Senior Specialist, and Director of Implementation as a People Manager. In these roles, she has been responsible for developing and structuring teams, end-to-end organization, workflow analysis of initiatives, strong business acumen, coaching, training, interviewing/hiring, performance reviews, customer resolution, accountability for customer satisfaction, and more.

Chaitra believes life is her happy project. Her life’s objective is to shape and manage her life from end-to-end with the direct guidance and oversight of the ultimate Strategist, God. She feels beyond blessed and gifted with “AWE-mazing” (standing in awe of God and His mercy on her all day everyday) GRACE. She loves experiencing the journey of life with her husband, Bryant, and her three boys.

Chaitra enjoys exploring and trying new things from Pinterest, reading, cooking, and wedding and event planning. She has coordinated, facilitated, and executed team-building events for teams of 5-50 people. She has served as Project Manager for marriage retreat events as well as Wedding Coordinator for small ($1,500-$5,000 budget / 25-75 guests) and large ($30,000-$60,000 budget / 150-300 guests) private weddings.
