Weekly, I enjoy sharing some of my meditations that has helped my success as a leader.  I tell myself five words daily that helps with my success, “ I am blessed beyond measure.”

I don’t say these words to fool myself into feeling great when things are actually bad.  I say these words because I am truly blessed beyond measure.

I have spoken and written many times about how words are so important.

How many times have we seen people go on record with careless words using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.?

My mother would always say when I was younger, “If you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say it at all.”
