DECLUTTER

Let’s take a moment to clear the air, clear the desk, clear the home, and most of all clear our minds. Have you ever seen a desk just full of things? You can’t see one inch of desktop-- just clutter. The person promises you that they know where everything is located on the desk, although they still refer to the desk as a black hole.
Can you imagine what you might find if you took the time to organize your things?
It might just simply be amazing as to what you discover underneath all the piles of papers. So how do you start?
First, recognize what is necessary versus unnecessary and then start shredding. You will be ready to organize the necessary documents once you have shredded all the unnecessary papers. You don’t need several copies of the same information; it only takes up precious space. There are many products on the market that will help with organizing these important documents.
After you start with your desktop, adventure to the desk drawers. You don’t have to do them all at once but just start to get your office space in order.
For most people after your environment is decluttered, your brain usually feels decluttered. The mountains of disarrayed papers no longer glare at you every time you enter the room. It doesn’t take hours searching for documents that is within your reach.
It is refreshing to walk into a clean clutter free environment. But the next real task it is to keep it clutter free.
You have to believe that everything has its proper place. As soon as you use an item or print a document, put it in its proper place. Remember it could be as simple as putting it in a file folder and quickly placing the document in the file cabinet. Let ‘s makes it a goal to actually place things back where they belong. If something doesn’t have a proper home it is clutter get rid of it.
