What does your track record look like when it comes to getting things done?  

There is nothing fun about failing.  I know the feeling very well.  Matter of fact, I have failed many times.  I have had an abundance of success and I enjoy being successful.  However, my failures have been my greatest source of learning and development.  I had to come to the realization that many of my failures happened because I didn’t trust the process.
