There is a leader within us all.  A great leader will have many attributes, but there are two marks of a great leader.

1. Great Leaders Never Stop Learning

The best leaders are constant learners.  These people have a hunger to learn new information, deepen their knowledge, develop new relationships, and grow their leadership because they never stop learning.  How serious are you about learning?

2. Great Leaders Listen Carefully

The best leaders not only have a heart to learn, but they also listen well.  These leaders understand that if they are talking, it will be difficult to listen and gather vital information to help advance or progress their leadership.  How great of a listener are you?
